Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)
Planning for peace of mind.
A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to plan for a time when you may be unable to make decisions yourself. It ensures that trusted individuals can act in your best interests.
There are two types of LPA in the UK. One covers property and financial affairs. The other covers health and welfare decisions.
Why an LPA is essential.
Without an LPA in place, loved ones may need to apply to the Court of Protection to manage your affairs. This process can be expensive, time-consuming, and stressful.
An LPA avoids uncertainty and ensures your wishes are respected.
Our LPA service.
Officium Legacy guides you through the full LPA process. We prepare documentation, explain your choices, and ensure correct registration with the Office of the Public Guardian.
This ensures your future is protected with clarity and confidence.
